In addition to VAC’s LGBTIQ Counselling, Mental Health Support and Alcohol and Other Drug Services, VAC are currently run a range of therapeutic and peer support groups for LGBTIQ people and sexually and gender diverse communities. Transformed is a 6 week group for trans and gender diverse people who want support to improve their mental health, change their alcohol or drug use and build positive social networks. Transformed is run by professional and qualified trans and gender diverse facilitators.
Drink Limits is a 8 week group for bisexual, queer and lesbian women who want to change their alcohol use and address their anxiety.
Re-Wired is a 6 week group for men who have sex with other men who want to change their methamphetamine use and address their anxiety.
Re-Wired 2.0 is a fortnightly Peer Facilitated support group for men who have sex with men who want to change their methamphetamine use and address their anxiety.
