This project will investigate the career support received by individuals who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer/questioning, intersex, asexual and more (LGBTQIA+) from Australian Universities.
Australian individuals who identify as LGBTQIA+ face a number of challenges when preparing for employment through higher education. As such, the current project hopes to increase our very limited knowledge of how they are being supported and how support could be improved in the future.
