Are you interested in chatting with other Trans women? Want to connect and discuss issues in a fun and supportive environment? Check out Thorne Harbour Health’s Novus Workshops. They are a monthly social catch up run by trans women for trans women, with new topics and activities each month. Get connected to your community!

Novus is an ongoing series of peer-education workshops run for and by Trans women. The workshops provide Trans women with opportunities for connection in a safe social space with discussions and fun activities. Potential topics may include navigating relationships and dating, self-care, activism, cooking classes or hormones and surgery 101.

The workshops are run once a month online (for now) for 2 hours each time. They are facilitated by Trans women who are THH volunteers, and members of the community – giving you that true peer to peer experience.
