Mindfulness for Trans and Gender Diverse

Queerspace are going to run a group to develop simple fun skills to help cope with worry and stress and connect with others in a similar situation.

Do you identify as trans, gender diverse or non-binary & aged 25-65? Queerspace would love your help in developing a mindfulness group running for 6 weeks from mid-July to learn skills to help cope with worry & stress.

This mindfulness skills group is for those who identify as transgender, gender diverse and non-binary (TGDNB) who experience worry and stress and wish to develop simple, practical skills in a friendly and fun environment to help cope and understand their worry and stress.
