The intention for the session is to explore gentle guided movement and restorative personal and collective care practices, including mindfulness, music, and journaling. We aim to offer grounding practices and tools to invite nervous system regulation.
Everything will be optional; folks will be encouraged to continually check in with themselves to see what feels good and to choose other options that might support diverse experiences.
Wear comfortable clothing, bring along a journal (optional), some resources will be provided (paper and pencil).
All ages are welcome at this session, but individuals under 18 will need to attend with a carer.
Mykah (they/them) lives on unceded lands of the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation. They recently founded @homunculus.house, a therapeutic resource hub for the gender diverse, trans and queer communities.
