Creative Ways to look After Your Mental Health

Coming up on August 19th 2020, this workshop with Thorne Harbour Health and Roz Bellamy will be about sharing creative tips to help you find new approaches to improving your mental health and wellbeing.

It is the second part of a 2-part series, but the first part is not a prerequisite. The strategies covered will include scheduling self-care and finding original ways of self-soothing and implementing community care as much as possible.
