This role will support cohealth’s work to improve access and equity for diverse populations across the Northern and Western suburbs of Melbourne. Working in conjunction with cross-organisational leadership teams, staff, consumers and other relevant stakeholders, this role will lead the development and implementation of cross-organisational LGBTIQ+ inclusive practice.
Fundamental to this role will be positioning cohealth to become a Rainbow Tick accredited organisation, and playing a leading role in the implementation and imbedding of cohealth’s Gender & Sexuality Equity Plan.
