Call for Trans & Gender Diverse Interviewees

Call Me By My Name is a Melbourne-based oral history podcast that centers the lived experiences of Trans and Gender Diverse peoples, as authors and authorities of their own stories. We aim to respectfully preserve and share some of the rich and textured histories, and imagined futures, of Trans and Gender Diverse people of all ages, places, abilities, and backgrounds.

Conversations would start taking place in April/May 2018 and they’re more than happy to travel and meet people where they are most comfortable to take part.

Expressions of interest from people of color, older trans & gender diverse people, people residing in regional or rural Victoria, people with a disability, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and First Nations people are especially welcome.

Please get in touch if you’re interested in being interviewed and/or please help us by spreading the word! You can also check out our website for more information at callmebymynameproject.com
