A group of individual toilet stalls are located at the north end of the park, near the intersection of St. George’s road and Alfred Crescent. There’s eight of them so plenty of space. The irony is there’s only one sink to wash your hands and no soap.
Upstairs in the Campus Centre, off the Airport Lounge, down the West corridor (white walls, towards offices) and past the male and female toilets. Has a laminated blue sign that says gender neutral.

Single stall accessible gender neutral toilet on Spencer street side of DFO, available at both toilet signs. The first at end of long corridor past two bends close to centre management. The second is a little easier to find.

Darling Gardens has a gender neutral toilet at the south side of the park.
The City Library has two gender neutral, accessible toilets, one on the ground floor and one on the first.
Federation Square has at least one Gender Neutral, Accessible public toilet. The one we’re thinking of is entered via the doorway by the 7/11 store, near the corner of Flinders and Swanston Streets.
Found in the Union building, open while RMIT is open
